"The Pedestrian" is a short story written by Ray Bradbury. This short story is an experience that Mr. Leonard went through. Leonard loves to walk through the streets of his neighborhood. He sometimes just walks non stop and doesn't get back home until midnight. One particular evening he decided to begin his journey in a westerly direction toward the hidden sea. Then he explains how the weather is like good crystal frost and how it made his lungs blaze like a Christmas tree inside of him. I'm assuming it was cold out. He would pass by houses and talk to them.Or he whispered I must say. He also explains that out of all the years he's been walking through the streets he's never seen anyone else walk through them. He was a block away from his destination until a car went up to him flashing a fierce white cone of light upon him. It was a police officer and he started shouting "Stand still. Stay where you are! The novel I read was "Nights in Rodanthe". This novel is so beautiful. It's by Nicholas Sparks. My favorite author. He is so good at what he does it's so amazing. This story is about a woman named Adrienne and a man named Paul. Adrienne has had a few family problems. She is recently divorced with two kids. Her ex-husband is trying so hard to get back with her. Trying to convince her, turning their kids against Adrienne, he tells the kids that Adrienne is a bad person and isn't willing to fix their family. Okay so anyways Adrienne has a friend named Jean and she owns a airbnb in Rodanthe, North Carolina. It's a beautiful house right next to the beach. Jean was going away and needed someone to substitute for her. Adrienne offered to host for a couple of weeks while Jean was gone. Paul had to fix something he's had on his chest for a very long time so he decided to travel to Rodanthe to take care of business. He decided he wanted to stay at the one Adrienne w

A event in my life that I could turn into a short story is probably when I went through a traumatizing experience of when my brother has a stroke and I wasn't home. So basically I was in 7th grade and  stayed after school for Ballet Folklorico and I got a message from one of my friends that lived in the same neighborhood I lived in. She told me that the ambulance went over to my house and my mom was crying like crazy. I didn't know what to think. I called my mom and didn't get a answer. I called my dad and he didn't answer either. At this time I was already crying because I was scared. But I decided to call my grandparents because I thought maybe they knew something. My grandpa didn't know anything but he heard how distressed I sounded and offered to pick me up. At this time my coach Ms. Lucy noticed I was crying and she hugged me super tight. There's many way to have a good formal conversation. But I'm only going to give ya'll 3 ways. One way to carry on a good conversation is to be polite. Let the person speak and express themselves. Don't be mean and say something you'll regret. Keep your opinion to your self. Another way is to be interested in what they have to say. Nothing sucks more than feeling like the person you enjoy talking too is not interested what so ever, don't be dry. Lastly have fun, tell jokes within the conversation. Laugh.

Ray Bradbury wrote "The Pedestrian" to tell his "story" I'm not sure if this actually happened but he wrote this for a reason. So this story tells his encounter with a police. Which leads to him in the back of a police car. Now I think he wrote this just to justify his side of his story. To show his emotions and how he felt throughout those moments with the police officer. And to also show how the officer was being unfair with him. He also gave background information of the town he was living in and the current situation. I say this is a short story of a life experience.

Both authors have different stories about dreams. Hawthorne makes a dream become a total nightmare when Poe makes dreams disappear. At least that's what I think. The difference about the novel and poem is that they both use different perspectives and situations.

There are many reasons why having a professional mentor is a good idea. A mentor can give advice, help you with school, at home, and push you do to your best. And most importantly become someone you can trust. As a high school student I can promise you I can use the help and the pushing to do my best. There's nothing better than having someone help you and build you to become a better person. It would be awesome to be paired with a mentor. It would help me tremendously. Especially school wise.

I am going to start saving money once I turn 16, I'm currently 15 and it is very hard to find a job. But once I get a job I am going to start saving money. Every check i get i am going to save a certain amount of money for my savings and the other portion is for my necessities. I am also going to ask my parents for tips on how to save money. Because I know once i start getting money I'm not going to be in control. But if I successfully save money hopefully after high school i can keep working for a small amount of time and then hopefully have enough money saved up to move to another country and attend college.

Young Goodman Brown believes he went on a walk. He imagines that the leaders in government and the church are in the night forest with the devil. He thinks that the devil took over his wife and now his faith is lost. He believes that there's evil surrounding him and is aware of every move. Now this is just his imagination. This never happened, to him it did, but it was just the power of his imagination, He even said when he woke up that he didn't know if it was a dream or a real circumstance. His world actually changes because he's really afraid. He's scared of what could happen next. He has become very aware and very frightened of everything around him. He doesn't trust his wife anymore. The person he's in love with. Hawthrone communicates by making the theme the struggle between Goodman Brown's faith, power to resist his own evil impulses and his own doubts within him. The tone is very sketchy, makes is seem like the world is against him when it was just a

I think that this poem is very dreamy. Talks constantly about a dream within a dream. A very good poem and very true. Our dreams are just dreams within dreams. Have you ever had a dream in your dream. That's what i think of when I read a dream within a dream. It made me feel like, maybe just, made me remember some dreams I've had. Yes the poem just made me remember a nightmare I had about a clown.
