WHAT'S SO GREAT ABOUT GATSBY

1. I think Gatsby is an okay person. He has those secrets that make him a little bad, but his integrity isn't gone, he still has love to give and he is nice to the people who respect him.
2.Nick is not honest with himself. I think he hangs out with dishonest people because he himself is dishonest and he liked to know he's not the only one. He seeks relationships with them because he doesn't think they're bad people.
3.I think this means that Tom and Daisy have done so much together. But the only reason they stayed together was because she thought that the "Buchanan" name was too valuable. They were selfish and didn't care what so ever. They didn't know what consequences were. They did what they did and went back to their lavish lives and forgot about it. I agree.
4. I do understand Daisy's behavior. But I do not agree with her choices, she chooses wealth and materialism instead of life and love. She is not a person I would let my son/friend/brother date.
5. I think this means that they go back to their normal lives before any of this happened. Although there was a couple of problems at the end they shall forget and move on. It relates to the book because its the way the book started. When everyone was living their normal lives before things started to escalate.

current situation

Tonight I just found out that there's been a change about students grades. I haven't been caught up in this class at all. It is 100% my fault. I've been focusing more on my other classes because they've been giving out lots of assignments and it's a little hard to keep track of each class. But i'm working on it. I would like to finish all the things I haven't done. It's a little hard because our grade for English isn't visible on aeries so its hard to keep track as to where i'm at academically.

STORY OF MY LIFE

A event in my life that I could turn into a short story is probably when I went through a traumatizing experience of when my brother has a stroke and I wasn't home. So basically I was in 7th grade and  stayed after school for Ballet Folklorico and I got a message from one of my friends that lived in the same neighborhood I lived in. She told me that the ambulance went over to my house and my mom was crying like crazy. I didn't know what to think. I called my mom and didn't get a answer. I called my dad and he didn't answer either. At this time I was already crying because I was scared. But I decided to call my grandparents because I thought maybe they knew something. My grandpa didn't know anything but he heard how distressed I sounded and offered to pick me up. At this time my coach Ms. Lucy noticed I was crying and she hugged me super tight. I felt so comfortable in her arms. So after all the chaos My dad picked me up from school and we headed home to get a few th...
