THE WORLD IS MY LIBRARY

One novel I've been trying to read for sometime is "Talking as Fast as I Can" by Lauren Graham. I found her book when I watched an interview she had with Ellen Degeneres and it just always spoke to me. The next novel/short story that appealed to me is "The Necklace" by Guy De Maupassant. This spoke to me because I read a little bio of the short story and it states it is known for its twist ending. I'm a sucker for novels and movies with a twist at the end. I love how it makes you rethink the whole thing all over again and kind of become your own detective and try and figure out what lead to the plot twist. I found this short story by searching up "Best short stories" and "The Necklace" appealed to me.

My grandpa didn't know anything but he heard how distressed I sounded and offered to pick me up. At this time my coach Ms. Lucy noticed I was crying and she hugged me super tight. I felt so comfortable in her arms. So after all the chaos My dad picked me up from school and we headed home to get a few th...
